Before you make a reservation, please note:

• You must be 18 years or older to drive an electric bike in Quebec, and helmets are mandatory.   

• Following your reservation, you will receive an email inviting you to complete your registration by reading and accepting the rental conditions and risk waiver. 

• A security deposit will be held on your credit card for any late fees or repairs due to rider negligence ($250). 

• Be sure to choose the right bike and accessories for your outing.  Our most popular and user-friendly model is the e-Utility bike (RadRunner).  Other models are intended for experienced cyclists. 

• If you are planning to ride with a passenger (max 300 pounds combined weight), please contact us regarding Passenger Kit availability and conditions.   

• It is strictly forbidden to ride in, or near, the salt water of the Saguenay Fjord (due to corrosiveness of salt on electronic components).  If you ride in salt water, you will be charged for the full value of the bike.  Riding on dry sand is not recommended. 

• Wear appropriate clothing for the weather, including closed-toed shoes and an extra layer in case of changing conditions. 

• Bring a refillable water bottle, sun protection and mobile phone (in case of emergency).   

• Cancellation policy : 100% refund up to 48 hours prior; 50% refund from 48-24 hours prior; no refunds less than 24 hours prior (*unless for reasons out of our or your control). 

• Please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can maximize your time with the e-bike!
